The Hot Wheels Mazda Autozam HW Dream Garage 1/5 #008/250 is a 2025 1:64-scale mainline release based on the radically modified Autozam Scrum known as “Texas Toot.” This HYW66 variation features a bright red body with white diagonal graphics, a white-and-blue side stripe with star emblem, smoke-tinted windows, a gray interior, and oversized white-rim OR6SP off-road wheels. The lifted stance, exposed chassis components, open rear bed, and towering ride height give this Mazda Autozam a distinctive mud-bogging monster-truck appearance.
The casting is inspired by a highly modified 1992 Autozam Scrum created by Craig Meaux. Its exaggerated off-road treatment includes massive tires, long-travel-style suspension proportions, a roof-mounted auxiliary light bar, compact cab-over bodywork, and custom pickup-bed styling. These details preserve the recognizable proportions of the small Japanese kei truck while transforming it into an extreme Hot Wheels off-road machine.
This HYW66 version is collector #008 of the 2025 Hot Wheels mainline and #1 of 5 in the HW Dream Garage series. The Mazda Autozam casting originally debuted in 2024, making this red 2025 release an early color variation of the Legends Tour-inspired model.
