The aristocratic Corgi has ascended the ranks of royalty! It has warmed the laps of the realm's most demure white-gloved hand-wavers! And rightly so! For indeed, they've achieved their exalted status without conquering vast tracts of land! (Although it's awesome to visualize a Corgi in armor brandishing a sword. Just sayin'.) Yes truly, Corgis converted their lot from hard-working sheep herders to sitting in the literal lap of luxury through sheer power of cute.
