Console & Controller Repair's: Our Diagnostic fee for consoles is $63.59 and $10.59 for Controllers, Our hourly repair rate is $63.59 an hour for consoles and $21.19 an hour for controllers plus parts. The diagnostic fee is paid at the time of receipt of the item and is not refundable and the total balance is due at the time of completion/pickup.
To start a repair ticket with us please email us at onlineorders@retrogamingofdenver.com and include the following in your email.
Subject Line: Console/Controller Repair Request
Body of the Email include the following
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number
- List of Items needing to be repaired, and reasoning for repair i.e no power, disc's wont read
If the item isn't picked up within 14 days after repair a storage fee of $10.00 per day will be added onto the ticket.
** Once you have placed the order please complete the Resurface/Repair Form (Also include this form in the Mailing box if you are not local.
