Refund policy

At Retro Gaming of Denver, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free experience with your purchases. We're thrilled to introduce our improved Refund and Return Policy, now offering an extended warranty period for your peace of mind. Effective immediately, all customers will receive a free 90-day warranty on all refurbished consoles purchased. Here are the updated details:

 

1. Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty period starts from the date of shipment of your package.
• Please note that the warranty covers defects and malfunctions under normal use and does not include damages caused by mishandling or improper usage.
• Collective Partners Items are not covered under our free 90-Day Warranty

 

1. Returns & Exchanges:

• To initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and request a return from your ordered page or contact us at onlineorders@RetroGamingofDenver.com if you do not have an account within 14 days of said purchase.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts and original packaging included.
• New, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).**
• Pre-owned products can be returned within 14 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).**
• Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and further instructions for the return process.
• All returns require a pre-authorized RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number may be denied.**
• A 15% restocking fee may apply on any return.**
• Store credit will be offered; there are no cash refunds on change of mind / no longer needed orders.
• Please note that certain collections, such as customized products, are non-returnable. Gift cards and discounted products are also non-returnable.

 

1. Damages and Issues:

• Upon receipt of your purchase, please verify the contents and immediately notify us if you encounter any faults, damages, or incorrect items.
• We kindly request that you promptly report any issues so that we can analyze the situation and make the necessary corrections.

 

1. Refunds on Damaged Items:

• Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to confirm the refund process.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
• Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund may vary.

 

1. European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

• If the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.
• The returned item must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other evidence of purchase.
