Released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, Earthworm Jim 3D is a 3D platformer where you play as the "Groovy Guardian of Goodness," Earthworm Jim, following a bizarre accident where he is knocked into a coma by a falling cow. To awaken, you must navigate Jim's subconscious—split into four main areas representing his Memory, Fear, Fantasy, and Happiness—to reclaim his "lost marbles" and restore his sanity.
