Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Justice for All NDS Video Game Nintendo DS
Nintendo DS non oem, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All video game cartridge. Game cartridge comes with a plastic protective case just like the picture shows.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Justice for All is the second entry in the courtroom drama series, following the career of defense attorney Phoenix Wright as he takes on four complex murder cases. Set approximately one year after the first game, the sequel features a mix of returning characters and new adversaries.
Core Gameplay
The game is divided into two primary phases for each episode:
- Investigation Phase: Players explore crime scenes, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build a solid defense.
- Courtroom Phase: Players defend their clients by listening to testimonies and cross-examining witnesses. You must find contradictions in their statements and present evidence from the Court Record to expose lies.
New Features on Nintendo DS
- Psyche-Locks: A major addition where witnesses hiding deep secrets appear with mystical chains around them. Players must present the correct evidence or profiles during investigations to "break" these locks and uncover the truth.
- Life Bar: Unlike the first game's set number of "strikes," success in court is now represented by a refillable life bar. Presenting incorrect evidence or failing to break Psyche-Locks depletes the bar; if it reaches zero, you lose the case.
- Presenting Profiles: In both phases, players can now present character profiles (not just physical evidence) to witnesses to gain new information.
- DS Interactivity: Players can use the touch screen to examine evidence and the microphone to shout "Objection!", "Hold it!", or "Take that!" during trials.
The Four Cases
- The Lost Turnabout: Phoenix suffers from amnesia after being struck on the head and must defend a police officer while regaining his memories.
- Reunion, and Turnabout: Maya Fey is accused of murder during a spirit channeling session in her home village.
- Turnabout Big Top: A flamboyant magician is accused of killing his circus's ringmaster.
- Farewell, My Turnabout: Phoenix faces a moral dilemma when Maya is kidnapped to blackmail him into acquitting a prime murder suspect.
Key Characters
- Franziska von Karma: The main rival prosecutor and daughter of Manfred von Karma, known for her aggressive courtroom style and frequent use of a whip.
- Pearl Fey: Maya's young cousin who joins Phoenix in his investigations and helps power his Magatama to see Psyche-Locks.
- Miles Edgeworth: Phoenix’s rival from the first game, who returns under mysterious circumstances to play a pivotal role in the final case.
