Description:
The wall plate is a 2x1 switcher and CAT transmitter with HDMI and USB-C inputs. It features a US one-gang enclosure for Decora-style wall plate openings with interchangeable black and white wall plates and faceplates.
Support video resolution up to 4K2K@50/60Hz 4:4:4. CAT6 output can extend video transmission distance up to 164ft / 50m. The product is remotely powered by the receiver or other CAT-equipped devices via POC.
Use for any application where the HDMI / USB-C source up to 165 feet away from the display. Ideal for extending digital video and audio signals, making it a great solution for digital signage, churches, data centers, home theater, large conference rooms, schools, Trade show presentations, etc.

The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.
If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.
