- If you need a specific item held, indicate that in your request; holds are subject to availability and store policy.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
- Check-in: Please arrive a few minutes early and check in with staff at the front of the store.
- Capacity: The store may operate with a limited number of customers inside at one time to maintain a comfortable shopping environment.
- Appointment duration: Each appointment is allocated a time window (typical expectation is up to 60 minutes, with extensions possible upon staff approval and inventory access).
- Assistance: A store associate will guide you to your requested categories, demonstrate item condition, verify compatibility, and answer questions.
- Transactions: Payment and pickup will occur at the point of sale inside the store. If you prefer curbside pickup for any item discovered during your appointment, let staff know.
- Safety & hygiene: We follow standard retail safety practices. Masks or other PPE are optional unless local guidelines require otherwise.
