Once you've made your deposit, please email us to start a modification ticket with us at onlineorders@retrogamingofdenver.com and include the following in your email.
Subject Line: Console Modification Request
Body of the Email include the following
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number
- List of Items needing to be modified.
- Order Number
If the item isn't picked up within 14 days after repair, a storage fee of $15.00 per day will be added to the ticket.
** Once you have placed the order/Deposit, please complete the Modification Request Form (Also include this form in the Mailing box if you are not local.
