Carson Wentz was the first quarterback selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round since Donovan McNabb in 1998, and the team is pinning much of its future success on his development and skill. Wentz went to North Dakota State University, building an impressive record with five NCAA Division I Championships. Because of his accomplishments and skill set, the Eagles traded up to select Wentz with the number 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
