DuckTales 2 for Game Boy (1993) is a Capcom-developed platformer sequel based on the Disney animated series. It features Scrooge McDuck exploring five global stages to find map pieces for hidden treasure. Gameplay involves pogo-sticking with the cane, collecting items, and new mechanics like pulling levers and grabbing hooks. 

• Gameplay Mechanics: Similar to its predecessor, the game is non-linear, allowing players to choose levels in any order. New elements were introduced, such as the ability to revisit levels, pull levers with the cane, and obtain cane upgrades from Gyro Gearloose to access new areas.
• Storyline: Scrooge McDuck races against Flintheart Glomgold to find the scattered pieces of a map to the "Lost Treasure of McDuck".
• Reception: The Game Boy version received mixed reviews at the time of its release. Some critics, such as those from Electronic Gaming Monthly, felt the graphics were "so-so" and controls were "OK". In contrast, GamePro praised it as a faithful port of the console version with "sharp, clean graphics, innovative gameplay and engrossing storyline".
