Pokemon LeafGreen is an enhanced remake of the original 1996 Japanese title Pokémon Green (the counterpart to Pokémon Red). It brings the classic Kanto region adventure to life with updated Generation III graphics, refined mechanics, and several brand-new features that weren't in the original 8-bit games. 

Key Game Features

• Classic Journey Remastered: Players start in Pallet Town as a young trainer, choosing between Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle to begin their quest to defeat the eight Gym Leaders and the Elite Four.
• The Sevii Islands: An entirely new archipelago added for this remake, featuring post-game missions, new story beats involving Team Rocket, and Pokémon originally from the Johto region.
• Wireless Connectivity: Original physical copies came bundled with a GBA Wireless Adapter, allowing players to trade, battle, and chat in the "Union Room" without needing a Link Cable.
• Modern Mechanics: The game incorporates Generation III updates such as Pokémon Abilities, Natures, held items, and the 2v2 double battle system.
• Expanded Compatibility: Once specific post-game requirements are met, players can trade Pokémon with Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, as well as connect to Pokémon Colosseum on the GameCube.
